PLACING ORDERS
A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE ON PLACING YOUR PHOTO ORDERS
WHEN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER, BEST TO USE A COMPUTER
OR LAPTOP, NOT
A PHONE.
1. LOGGING ON

You will be sent an email containing your gallery and password.
To access your gallery, click the link to view gallery and enter your unique password (case sensitive).
2. VIEWING YOUR GALLERY

On the welcome page you will find a range of print and digital packages we have on offer. Further down the page, you will find your gallery of images. If you have more than one child or booked a sibling/family session you can type in the additional passwords at the top right of the welcome page and their galleries will also be displayed.
Below the galleries you will find a selection of products available for purchase.
Click into a gallery and use the arrow to scroll through your images.
You can purchase across multiple galleries for across all digital and print packages. Take advantage of:
- Early bird 5% discount will be 5th May
- Print packages are available until 11.59pm on Monday 16th May
3. PURCHASING IMAGES
To purchase an image or view packages available, select the green "Buy" icon at the bottom of the image. A menu of package options will appear on the right hand side for your to choose from.
You can purchase prints packages across multiple galleries.
When ordering digital files, there will be automatically sent to your inbox, within 5 mins. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK & SPAM FOLDERS.

4. CHECKING OUT
Your 5% will be applied at 'Checkout' if ordering before the early bird deadline. Should you want further editing, please contact us on hello@theschoolphotographers.com before you checkout for additional $20 fee.
Step 1 Crop - Once you have selected all the items you would like to purchase you can review them in your cart and make any further crop amendments.
Step 2 Billing - Add your enter your billing address and select preferred method of delivery. You can either select for the items to be delivered to your home (for $25) or to school free of charge, w/c 2nd June.
Step 3 T&Cs - Please read our terms & conditions before proceeding.
Step 4 Payment - When on the payment page, click 'Next' tab bottom right and then add your card details. You should then receive a confirmation message that your payment was successful!
5. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
If you have purchased digital files, you should receive an email within 5 minutes of purchasing, for you to download. Please CHECK YOUR JUNK AND SPAM FOLDERS.
Print orders will either shipped to you directly, or delivered to school based on what you requested at check out.
