PLACING ORDERS
A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE ON PLACING YOUR PHOTO ORDERS
WHEN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER, BEST TO USE A COMPUTER
OR LAPTOP, NOT
A PHONE.
1. LOGGING ON

You will be sent an email containing your gallery and password.
To access your gallery, click the 'View Album' button and enter your unique password (case sensitive). You will receive a unique passcode in a seperate email for each child.
2. VIEWING YOUR GALLERY & PURCHASING PRODUCTS

Once you have accessed your gallery, you will find an album of your child displayed. Click on any image to to review it in full size. Click the arrows left or right to navigate the gallery.
To access the store you can click on the Store tab at the top of your gallery. Once you have added any prints or products to your cart, please make sure you click the preview button to review the crop of your print.
3. CHECKING OUT
Once you have selected the products you would like to purchase, it is time to check out.
Take advantage of:
- 5% early bird offer, off ALL items if you order by 10th November.
Once you have selected all the items you would like go to 'View Cart' to review your order, 5% will be applied at 'Checkout'. Don't forget to preview any prints you have added to your cart to to review the crop before checking out.
4. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
If you have purchased digital files, you should receive an email within 5 minutes of purchasing, for you to download. Please also check your junk folder.
Print or product orders will either shipped to you directly, or delivered to school. You can requested your preferred delivery service. All print orders will be delivered to the school by week commencing 24th November.
