Shoot Dates: Tuesday 23rd - Friday 26th September, & Monday 29th September 2025.

If your child is sick the week of the school photos, there will be a make up day on Monday 29th September.
​
SIBLINGS
​
If you would like a sibling photo, please see the sign-up form on the school's weekly communications email. The sibling sessions will take place on from Tuesday 23rd - Friday 26th September, from 3.30pm - 4.50pm and Saturday 27th September, from 10am - 2pm. Please note that parents will need to escort the children to their sibling sessions. This is sign-up only and you will be allocated a 10 min slot. A $40 deposit is required to secure your sibling / family session and will be exchanged for a 1x digital image which you can redeem within your sibling / family gallery.

WHAT IF MY CHILD IS SICK?

If your child is sick we will be offering a make-up photo session on Monday 29th September.

WHAT TO WEAR

On your child's photo day, please make sure:

Your child is wearing a clean, ironed uniform

Black school shoes
-
Grey socks for boys, white socks for girls
-
Hair should be brushed and tied back where possible
-
Please pack their school blazer
YOUR ONLINE GALLERY
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GALLERY
Your gallery will be emailed to you in early November to the email addresses provided to BCS. BCS will notify parents once the galleries have been sent.
HOW CAN I ACCESS MY CHILD'S PHOTOS?
You will be sent a password protected online gallery for each child you have at the school, plus if you opted-in for the sibling / family session. You can then choose to purchase digital or products directly through your gallery.
YOUR GALLERY WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE UNTIL 31ST JAN.
Print store closes on Monday 17th November.
Digital files will be available until 31st January.
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR CHILD
Let your child know that they are going to have 2 minutes of FUN in the spotlight.
Don't worry about "perfect". We are capturing them on their educational journey, as they are right now.
An assistant will be on hand to help straighten ties and check postures.
WHAT IF MY CHILD DOESN'T WANT THEIR PHOTO TAKEN?

If it's not their day, that is fine. We get it, it is intimidating. We will try our absolute hardest to get smiles out of all the kids and encourage them to take part.

PRINTS & PACKAGES
ARE THE IMAGES ALREADY RETOUCHED?
Yes, ALL the images in the gallery are already retouched. Prior to purchasing, please email us, should you require further retouching. This will be charged at $10 per image.

WHAT PRINT PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE?
There will be digital and print packages available. You will be able to access these within your gallery. More details will be provided soon.​​

ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS?
There will be 5% off all digital and print orders by the 17th November.
DELIVERY
RECEIVING PRINTS & PRODUCTS
​
Galleries will be ready within 4-5 weeks of the photoshoot date. Digital orders are available for immediate download. Please make sure you check your junk email if you don't receive these within 24 hours.
​
Should you purchase prints or products, your order will be taken care of and will be delivered to BCS for easy pick up (free), by the end of November. Alternatively, you can arrange for prints to be sent directly to you.
