SCHOOL PHOTO TIMINGS
​
School photo shoot dates: w/c Monday 10th March - Friday 14th March & Monday 17th March
​
If your child is sick the week of the school photos, there will be an opportunity to come in during the sibling and family shoot dates below.
​
SIBLINGS & FAMILY SESSIONS
​
If you would like a sibling photo either in school uniform or home clothes, the school will be sending an opt-in for this. The sibling and family sessions will take place on Sunday 9th, Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th March, this is only for the families that opt-in. You will get to choose a selected time slot that suits your schedule. The shoot session will be 10 minutes.

WHAT IF MY CHILD IS SICK FOR THEIR SCHOOL PHOTO?
​
If your child is sick we will be offering a make-up photo session on Sunday 9th, Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th March.

WHAT TO WEAR ON SCHOOL PHOTO DAY

On your child's photo day, please make sure:
​

Your child is wearing a clean, ironed uniform
-
Black school shoes
-
White ankle socks
-
Hair should be brushed and tied back where possible
WHAT TO WEAR ON SIBLING/FAMILY PHOTO DAY

Your child/children can wear home clothes or school uniform for sibling/family shoot.

Unfortunately we will not have time for outfit changes.
-
If your child was sick for their school photo day, please bring their uniform to capture their solo portraits also.
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR CHILD
Let your child know that they are going to have 2 minutes of FUN in the spotlight.
Don't worry about "perfect". Remember, you are capturing them on their educational journey, if it's missing teeth, or braces, embrace it! We are capturing your children as they are right now.
WHAT IF MY CHILD DOESN'T WANT THEIR PHOTO TAKEN?

If it's not their day, that is fine. We get it, it is intimidating. We will try our absolute hardest to get smiles out of all the kids and encourage them to take part.

YOUR ONLINE GALLERY
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GALLERY
The school will message you when your gallery is ready, w/c 21st April. You will be emailed a link and password which you will need to enter your gallery.
HOW CAN I ACCESS MY CHILD'S PHOTOS?
You will be sent a password protected online gallery where you can access all of your child's images, including sibling and class photo. You can then choose to purchase digital or products directly through your gallery.
YOUR GALLERY WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR 8 WEEKS. PRINTS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO BE PURCHASED IN THE FIRST 4 WEEKS. Galleries close after this date and there will be an image retrieval fee of $10.
PRINTS & PACKAGES
ARE THE IMAGES ALREADY RETOUCHED?
Yes, ALL the images in the gallery are already retouched. Should you want to remove a scratch or a reflection in glasses, you can email us before you checkout at hello@theschoolphotographers.com to enquire about additional retouching.

WHAT PRINT PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE?

ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS?
- There will be a 5% discount off all early bird orders made within the first week of receiving your gallery.
DELIVERY
RECEIVING PRINTS & PRODUCTS
​
Galleries will be ready within 5 weeks of the photoshoot date. Digitals are then available for immediate download.
​
Should you purchase prints or products, your order will be taken care of and can be delivered to NLCS for distribution, around w/c 2nd June.
