WHAT IS FINE ART PORTRAITURE?
With The School Photographers, our goal is to create a fresh and more enjoyable way of capturing your children's years at school. Each session is unique, resulting in distinctive images that capture the spirit and energy of the students.
Our approach allows students and staff to have an engaging experience that is both easy and safe. We encourage playfulness, laughter, and individuality during the session, giving each child the time and attention they deserve. The result is vibrant, high-quality portraits with a fine art aesthetic.

​HOW MANY STUDENTS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?
​
We provide fine art portraiture to schools as small as 50 and as many as up to 900 students. We have worked with kids from 18 months to 18 years old.

DOES MY SCHOOL PAY TO USE THE SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHERS?
​
Parents pay only for the portraits that they want, the school pays nothing. There is NO obligation to buy pictures - but families are usually very keen to purchase the beautiful school portraits that you commissioned.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY?
​
On school photo day, the class will be escorted to the dedicated room where the class will be having their photo taken. Each child will have 2-3 minutes in the spotlight where we play, we laugh and give each child the time they deserve to take the perfect portrait.

Generally, the older the children, the shorter the time needed to get the portraits completed

CAN SIBLINGS PARTICIPATE?
​
We welcome all siblings to join in the fun. For a sibling session, you will need to sign up to this separately. Siblings shots will be allocated to a specific day, which the school will notify the parents about. Each child's photos will be uploaded to their own private albums, while group sibling images will be shared in a separate album.

The School Photographers provide the following:

We help prepare schools and families with as much information as possible to ensure a smooth and efficient school photo day

Families are linked to a password-protected gallery

Each gallery will contain 8+ images, including some black & white
-
We also provide a fulfilment service and offer parents a range of products from digital files, prints, to acrylic tiles and frames

All prints and products will be delivered directly to the school for fulfilment.

We will provide all equipment and personnel needed for photo day

We handle any questions or queries parents may have with the ordering process
A few weeks after your school photo day, parents will receive access to a private, password-protected album featuring 8-10 images in both colour and some B&W. Digital images, prints, and framed pictures are available for purchase directly from the student's gallery.
Digital orders can be downloaded within 24 hours, while physical products will be shipped directly to the school to be distributed. Our entire process – from picture day to ordering – is designed to be contactless, paperless, and user-friendly.​​

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PARENTS WHO HAVE ISSUES ORDERING?
